To offer comprehensive support and advice in management of corporate accommodation
* Administration
- Creation of detailed file and booklets with specific instructions for each apartment
- Updating files and booklets on a regular basis
- Allocation of apartments to newly arrived staff
- Contacts with estate agencies and contractors
- Co-ordination of moves, repairs, etc
- Contacts with insurance companies and statements with experts in case of dispute
- Regular reporting on occupancy and use of time
* Hot Line - Help Desk - Attendance
- On-site assistance during working hours.
- Availability of consultant whenever necessary.
- Entrance inspection when collaborator moves in.
- Inventory management, listing, furniture, appliances, items, Hifi, etc.
- Accompaniment to apartment when requested.
- Attendance for repairs / replacements.
- Furniture, TV, etc. rental - delivery.
- Basic shopping or/and shopping for missing items.
- Exit inspection when collaborator moves out.
