  • Updating files and booklets on a regular basis
  • Allocation of apartments to newly arrived staff
  • Contacts with estate agencies and contractors
  • Co-ordination of moves, repairs, etc
  • Contacts with insurance companies and statements with experts in case of dispute
  • Regular reporting on occupancy and use of time
